Our personal training is built on years of experience and focused learning. We have developed a process to get your fitness plan worked out. Each plan is especially geared towards your needs and here is how we execute that plan.

  2. Make an assessment of your current health and fitness.
  3. Make recommendations based on your needs/wants and our personal knowledge/experience.
  4. Designing a suitable, tailor-made program with goals and milestones.
  5. Help you in the follow-through for the duration of your entire program.
  6. Celebrate with you when you reach your goals and milestones along the way.
  7. Create a program especially for you to promote lifelong health and fitness.

All our personal training is done in our studio and we adhere to very high standards of professionalism. You can expect to be treated very well and all our training is done is a physically safe manner. We will never ask you to do anything that we think will hurt you.

A note about personal safety: We understand that having a private personal trainer can sound like an unsafe relationship but we will assure you that we will never do anything to make you feel uncomfortable or unsecure. Though our sessions are private we do not meet behind closed doors. Our studio has security cameras as well that record all action taking place from all different corners.
